About the Role:

We are seeking a visionary Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead the HR strategy for a fast-growing fintech organization. This role requires a blend of traditional HR leadership and modern workforce innovation, supporting a highly technical and dynamic team of engineers, data scientists, financial experts, and business leaders. The ideal candidate is experienced in scaling teams, managing remote/distributed workforces, and attracting top fintech talent in a highly competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ HR Strategy & Workforce Growth: Develop and execute a scalable HR strategy that supports hypergrowth while maintaining a strong company culture.

✔️ Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding: Oversee recruitment strategies to attract top fintech talent, including engineers, blockchain experts, AI specialists, and finance professionals.

✔️ Compensation, Equity & Benefits: Design competitive compensation packages, including stock options, crypto incentives, and innovative benefits that appeal to tech-savvy professionals.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Experience: 15+ years of HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a high-growth fintech, blockchain, or AI-driven financial services company.

Tech-Driven HR Mindset: Experience working in agile, digital-first environments, using AI-powered HR solutions, and driving workforce automation.

Startup & Scale-Up Expertise: Proven ability to scale teams rapidly while maintaining culture and operational efficiency.

Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of GDPR, financial regulations, employment laws, and cryptocurrency industry requirements.

Leadership & People Skills: Ability to align HR strategies with the company's fast-moving goals and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
