We are seeking an infusion nurse (RN) with TPN experience interested in providing in-home Teach and Train services as well as weekly lab draws and IV line maintenance. 

Infusion Details:

• Initial Service: 1-3 Teach and Train visits for the patient to learn how to prepare and administer all medications, TPN and use the curlin pump
• Ongoing Service: Weekly visits on either Monday or Tuesdays (not flexible) for lab draws and IV line maintenance
• Medication: TPN
• Weekly Labs: CBC w diff, CMP, MG, Phos, CRP, Triglycerides, and Prealbumin
• Location: Vancouver, WA 98686
• Date of Service:
  • Teach and Train: Immediately (week of 9/15-9/19)
  • Ongoing Labs / IV Line Maintenance: 9/22 or 9/23 and then weekly ongoing
• Access: Power PICC SL
• Pump: Curlin Pump

Preferences:

• The RN must have knowledge of TPN, Curlin Pumps, and access type

• Deliver TPN teach and train services as well as lab draws and IV line maintenance directly to the patient in the comfort of their home.
• Make a meaningful impact by leveraging your clinical IV expertise and compassionate care to support patients within their environment.
• Provide personalized, one-on-one home infusion nursing care visits and patient education aligned with the physician's treatment plan.
• Demonstrate outstanding written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with patients, physicians, pharmacists, and other collaborative partners.

Requirements of the PRN Home Infusion Registered Nurse:

• Active and unencumbered nursing license in the state of practice
• Current BLS certification for Healthcare Providers (approved by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
• TPN experience required - preferably in the home
• A valid driver's license and proof of liability insurance are required, with access to a vehicle for business-related travel
• A clear background check
