Registered Nurse (RN) – In-Home Health Risk Assessments (Part-Time, 3 Days/Week)

Guaranteed Compensation: Earn $2400 semi monthly as a 1099 contractor.

We’re seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to perform in-home visits for patients across Hennepin, Anoka, Sherburne, Wright, and Stearns (St. Cloud) counties. This is a great opportunity for an RN who enjoys working independently and values a flexible, part-time schedule.

Your Role:

As an RN, you’ll conduct comprehensive in-home HRAs for Medicare Advantage members. Each visit includes an evaluation of past medical history, review of systems, medication reconciliation, vital signs, and diagnostics labs and testing. No long-term care or follow-up is required.

Requirements:

• Active, unencumbered MN RN License.
• Willingness to travel within the specified counties. While not required, a provider open to occasional travel throughout the state is desired.
