Position Summary:
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial direction, ensuring sustainable growth and operational excellence. Reporting directly to the CEO and serving as a key member of the executive leadership team, the CFO will oversee all aspects of financial management, including strategic planning, forecasting, budgeting, compliance, and investor relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company’s long-term business objectives.
  • Oversee financial planning, analysis, and forecasting to ensure the company’s profitability and financial health.
  • Lead budgeting processes and provide actionable insights to drive cost efficiency and revenue growth.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, financial reporting standards, and tax regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, lenders, and other financial stakeholders.
  • Drive financial due diligence and integration for potential mergers, acquisitions, or partnerships.
  • Collaborate with other executives to evaluate and support business development opportunities.
  • Manage the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to guide decision-making.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and assess their potential impact on the company’s financial performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
  • Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role, preferably in the medical device, healthcare, or technology sectors.
  • Deep understanding of financial management principles, corporate finance, and accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and financial reporting standards.
  • Experience managing investor relations and raising capital.
  • Strategic thinker with exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is highly desirable.
