About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead all aspects of human resources for a dynamic manufacturing organization. The CHRO will be a key executive leader, responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that support business growth, workforce stability, and a strong organizational culture. This role requires expertise in labor relations, workforce development, talent acquisition, compliance, and employee engagement within a high-paced, industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals, including workforce planning, organizational development, and leadership training.

✔️ Talent Acquisition & Retention: Oversee recruiting, hiring, and retention strategies to attract top manufacturing talent while addressing skills gaps.

✔️ Labor Relations & Compliance: Manage union and non-union workforce relations, ensuring compliance with all labor laws, safety regulations, and industry standards.

✔️ Employee Engagement & Culture: Foster a culture of engagement, continuous improvement, and employee satisfaction, driving performance and retention.

✔️ Compensation & Benefits Management: Design and oversee competitive compensation structures, benefits programs, and incentive plans to enhance workforce motivation and retention.

✔️ HR Technology & Analytics: Leverage HRIS and data-driven insights to optimize workforce management, performance tracking, and operational efficiency.

✔️ Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: Develop and implement initiatives to promote a diverse and inclusive workplace in alignment with company values.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Experience: Minimum of 15 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in an executive HR leadership role within the manufacturing sector.

Union & Non-Union Experience: Strong background in managing labor relations, collective bargaining, and compliance in a manufacturing environment.

Leadership & Communication: Proven ability to collaborate with executive leadership, drive organizational change, and build high-performing HR teams.

HR Systems & Data Analytics: Experience with HR technology, workforce analytics, and process automation.

Regulatory Compliance: Deep understanding of OSHA, EEOC, FMLA, and other employment laws affecting the manufacturing sector.
