About the Position

A leading organization is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to provide strategic leadership in human resources, ensuring that HR strategies align with the company’s mission and business objectives. This role will oversee HR service integration, talent acquisition, and organizational effectiveness while fostering a diverse, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Lead the execution of an HR service delivery model that meets business needs.
  • Serve as a key partner to senior leadership in HR initiatives and workforce planning.
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise to drive talent acquisition, retention, and employee engagement.
  • Lead change management initiatives to improve HR processes and organizational effectiveness.
  • Promote a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (MBA or MA preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years of HR leadership or business partner experience, with expertise in change management and strategic HR planning.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in healthcare or mission-driven organizations is preferred but not required.
